A Journey of Unity: Invitation to The Jerusalem Biennale 2026 I am deeply honored and thrilled to announce that my artwork has been officially selected for the prestigious 7th Jerusalem Biennale (September 2026).
My piece will be featured in the highly anticipated exhibition:
"The Children of Abraham: Building Bridges and the Universality of Non-representational Art in the Jewish and Islamic Worlds", curated by the esteemed Prof. Ori Z. Soltes and Mel Brown, and hosted at The National Library of Israel in Jerusalem.
The Story of "Together We Will" and The Jerusalem Collection
The centerpiece selected for this exhibition, "Together We Will" (Oil on Canvas, 85x85 cm), holds a profound emotional and historical weight.
This painting was created in the immediate shadow of the tragic events of October 7th, born out of an intense, urgent yearning for unity and healing among the different factions within our country. In a moment of deep brokenness, my palette knife became a tool for seeking connection, building thick, layered textures of oil paint that symbolize solidarity, strength, and hope.
Following the incredible honor of being invited to the Biennale with this specific piece, a new creative spark was ignited in my studio. Inspired by the invitation to showcase my art in the heart of the holy city, my latest series JERUSALEM was born. This new collection expands upon the themes of shared roots, layers of history, and the spiritual essence of Jerusalem as a place of ultimate hope.
By presenting Together We Will at the Biennale, I hope to offer a universal visual language that transcends borders and builds artistic bridges where words often fail.
