Every artwork is handled with care, packaged professionally, and shipped with full tracking and insurance.

Shipping

We ship worldwide from our gallery in Netanya, Israel.

Processing time
Your order will be prepared for shipment within 3 to 7 business days.

Delivery times

• Israel: approximately 2 to 7 business days

• Europe and United Kingdom: approximately 7 to 14 business days

• United States and Canada: approximately 10 to 21 business days

• Rest of world: time may vary according to destination

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Shipping options

• Original paintings and high value artwork are shipped insured via FedEx, DHL or EMS.

• Oversized artworks might be shipped rolled inside a protective tube for safe international delivery.

• Local pickup from ABStudio Gallery is available free of charge by appointment.

Packaging

Every piece is packed with museum level care:

• Paintings are wrapped in protective layers

• Corner and surface protectors are used

• Heavy duty cardboard or wooden crates are used for large artworks or international shipping

We make every effort to ensure that your artwork arrives safely and in perfect condition.

Taxes, VAT, and Import Duties

• For purchases within Israel, prices include VAT.

• For international orders, local VAT, customs fees or import duties may be charged by your country upon arrival. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

If you would like an estimate of possible fees, we are happy to assist before you purchase.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to feel completely confident when purchasing art.

Return eligibility
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us before sending the artwork back.

Requirements:

• The artwork must be in its original condition and packaging

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer

• Returned artwork must include tracking and insurance

After receiving the artwork back in perfect condition, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged Shipments

In the unlikely event that an artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the artwork. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase unless the item has already been shipped.
